I traveled almost across all of Namibia on a 20-day tour from December 4 to December 23, 2025. I started this trip highly pregnant and, to be honest, I had some concerns at the beginning – especially because I was traveling alone.

From the very first contact, Dona and the whole team at Serene African Adventures were incredibly caring and supportive. They were always aware of my situation and treated it with a lot of sensitivity, calmness, and genuine care.

Because of my pregnancy, the planning was very thoughtful. At every stop, they made sure there was medical access nearby and that I knew where the next doctor or hospital would be if needed. I always felt prepared and informed. Someone from the team was reachable at any time, day or night, which gave me a lot of peace of mind during the journey.

This level of care allowed me to really relax and enjoy the trip, even though I had been a bit worried before starting. I never felt alone or unsafe.

My guide, George, was also amazing. He was kind, attentive, patient, and always made sure I was comfortable. He went out of his way to help and support me, and I truly felt looked after every single day.

Overall, the trip was exactly what we had discussed during planning – and honestly even better. I have nothing negative to say. I can genuinely and wholeheartedly recommend Serene African Adventures and would trust them again without hesitation.

I traveled alone to Namibia in February, after getting Donna Lee’s contact through a friend, and I couldn’t have been happier with the experience! Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. Donna helped me book the best accommodations and activities, always tailored to my preferences and budget. She personally welcomed me at the hotel upon arrival, and together we planned the rest of my trip.

After exploring the stunning dunes of the Namib Desert in Sossusvlei and visiting the beautiful towns of Swakopmund and Walvis Bay, I continued my journey with my guide, Uruhu. He was more than just a guide—he truly became a friend, showing me the south of the desert from Kolmanskop to Lüderitz. We even camped overnight in the desert, which remains one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life.

I wholeheartedly recommend Serene Africa, and if you can, make sure to tour with my favorite guide, Uruhu!

First time to write a review, purely because the experience was excellent and exited our expectation. The trip and tour were organized fully according to our needs. We asked several rounds of revision and quotation, the agency was being very patient and responsive. We had difficulties to get visa approval and Serene was very supportive, provided all kind of documents, booking confirmations, even personal ID copies to support us. They even helped to call the consulate to follow up. Without their proactive support, we will not be able to get visa in time. The guide was professional, experienced and considerate. He managed to bring us the best experience and added one more activity to visit Cheetah conservation fund without any further charge after knowing that I am interested in the volunteer programs. We appreciate all the efforts they made to assure our trip is perfect. Highly recommend to anyone who is planning to visit Namibia.
第一次写评论，真的是纯粹觉得这家旅行社太好了。行程安排完全按照我们的要求。我们不断提出新的更改，每次旅行社都不厌其烦的改不厌其烦的回答各种问题。签证是中国人遇到的最大问题。我们被要求提供各种莫名其妙的证明和文件，旅行社都一一提供，前后十几轮没有任何怨言。最后还是旅行社联系了领事馆帮我们催才及时拿到了签证，不然真的来不及。 导演也非常专业有经验有耐心。在他的带领下我们看到很多难遇到的动物。旅程非常愉快。最后还特意加了一个参观Cheetah conservation fund的行程，只是因为我说了我对志愿者项目感兴趣。没有额外收费没有任何索要小费或者好评的行为。真的太赞了。推荐给所有想去纳米比亚的朋友！

But when she came to us, and everything got blowed up in a super good way!

After having a first meeting in Windhoek on first day. We were heading to Namib desert, barren but exotic area where we would never imagined.
While we got there, we were in the desert specialized vehicle, none of us could feel we were on the unpaved way. Because driver, guide every man were so full of enthusiasm in thier position

the hotel they prepared for us was so nice, every procedure was fully equipped.
Like a smooth swallow of jelly, We had no chance to feel and obstacle.

It would be there small action, but such a dedication from them made us to have good memories from Namibia
